The entire manufacturing process, right from the Raw Materials stage to the Final Finished Product; undergoes tests and analysis to ascertain their conformity and suitability. Every type of packaging is also tested to ensure its suitability and stability during loading, transportation and unloading operations.

HLPL’s Quality Control Laboratory, besides normal testing and wet analysis equipment, also has latest instruments to ensure quality and safety of products. There is an independent Microbiological Laboratory where raw materials and finished products are subjected to microbial counts. Stability Testing Chambers ensures safe and effective products from the manufacturing facility.
